Advance Cancellation:
No fees charged for bookings cancelled 8 weeks before arrival.
In case of no fees cancellation, the prepayment is fully refundable to the bank account within 7 days, otherwise the total amount of reservation will be charged (no refund).
Prepayment:
Prepayment of 50% of the total price is required and paid after booking. The remaining amount is paid in 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation :
No fees charged for bookings cancelled 30 days before arrival. If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, the prepayment is fully refundable to the bank account within 7 days, otherwise it will be charged (no refund).

Prepayment of 50% of the total price is required and paid after booking. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival.
